KPA’s:* Welcome visitors in person and or telephonically* Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office*Provide receptionist services to the GFMS* Provide general administrative support services *Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence *Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls* Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email* Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk* Perform other office administration duties.
