Minimum Requirements:  * Undergraduate NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA in Commerce with 5 years relevant working experience at Middle management level, of which 3 years must be in full maintenance lease (FML) pricing for 500 plus fleet.

ASSISTANT MANAGER: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGEMENT
(PERMANENT)
Salary Range: R376 596.00 pa (Salary level 9)

Minimum Requirements:  * National Diploma (NQF level 6) / B Degree in Accounting/Auditing/ Financial Management with at least 3 years at supervisory level or SL 7/8 in an accounting or auditing management environment. Experience in working in an accrual environment is compulsory

KPA’s:Provide technical assistance with development and maintenance of GFMS accounts payable processes and procedures * Supervise and perform processes for the capturing and reconciliation of capital, operational and payroll transactions in the accounting system * Provide reports on all accounts payable outputs and performance indicators * Supervise staff in the unit.

Minimum Requirements: National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Finance/Auditing/Logistics/Purchasing/Inventory/Supply Chain Management/Public Management. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management environment in a supervisory level or salary level 7/8 Competencies: *Continuous Improvement *Impact and Influence *Planning and Organising *Decision Making and Problem Solving *Project Management * In-depth understanding of legislative framework that governs the Public Service*Team Player* negotiating, client orientation and customer focus, facilitation skills, computer literacy, innovation skills, analytical, communication. KPA’s:*Research, analyse and plan the procurement requirements for GMFS to ensure value for money *Supervise, collect and collate information for the annual procurement plan Monitor implementation of procurement plan,*Develop, review and compile goods & services specifications, Manage the acquisition management function, * Identify advice and implement sourcing strategies for procurement. Manage the procurement of goods and services, Ensure that procurement procedures are adhered to before orders are authorised *Coordinate, review and undertake the implementation of contract administration for GFMS, Manage signing and acceptance of contracts. Maintain contract register and advise of contract variation, Prepare reports in line with all reporting requirements *Supervise employees to ensure an effective demand, acquisition and contracts management service and undertake all administrative functions required *Monitor functioning of the Bid Committees* Manage area of responsibility*
 



ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
ONE YEAR CONTRACT
Salary Range: R 376 596.00 pa (Level 09) plus 37% in lieu of benefits

Minimum Requirements: *National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years’ experience in Conditions of Service environment in a supervisory level or salary level 7/8.
 
Competencies:Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Management environment. Knowledge of policies/ implementation strategy. Knowledge of Human Resource Management Legislation / Directives. Knowledge of the Persal system.
 
KPA’s:Facilitate the processing of Service Terminations. Facilitate the processing of Leave Administration. Facilitate the processing of Service Benefits. Manage the allocated resources of the Sub-directorate in line with legislative and departmental policy directives and comply with corporate governance and planning imperatives. Salary Range R257508 .00 pa (Level 7) plus 37% in lieu of benefits

Minimum Requirements: National Diploma NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development with 2 years relevant experience in Service Conditions, Human Resource Development and Employee Relations. Valid code 08 driving license is essential. Knowledge of HR Government Prescripts.
 
Competencies: PERSAL system. Records Management. Service Termination Leave Management. Employee Benefits. Salary administration. Implementation of PMDS outcomes. Employee Relations. Computer Literacy.
 
KPA’s: Perform administrative support functions for the administration of Service Benefits (Housing Allowance, Acting Allowance, State Guarantee, IOD, S&T claims, Service Termination, Resettlement and PILIR). Administer PMDS in the GFMS. Provide administrative support with the implementation of GFMS’s Workplace Skills Plan and talent development programmes. Provide Human Resource document management and registry services in line with National Minimum Information Requirement standards (NMIR) issued by the MPSA. Leave Administration.
