DUTIES : Support the executive officer and other executive managers of the Department with information for strategic decision making in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of management and administration of the Department. Monitor and track programmes implemented from the office of the Head of Department. Create effective systems for the internal & external documentation (incoming and outgoing) through on-going monitoring and review of activities. Liaise and interact where necessary with institutions and other stakeholders involved with the activities of the Department. Coordinate inputs from offices and compile final reports from Chief Directors regarding financial, strategic, functional, political and legal issues. Encourage documentation of best practices to influence policy formulation and foster professionalism.
