Salary Notch: R376 596.00 per annum (Salary Level 9)

Requirements:Three year degree (NQF Level 7) / National diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management/ Financial Management/Commerce with Accounting as a passed subject ● A valid Driver’s License is required ● 3 years functional experience at a Senior Practitioner level on Asset Management environment ● 2 years supervisory experience Knowledge: Compensation Fund business strategies and goals ● Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles) ● Technical knowledge Legislative Requirement: COIDA ● Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) ● PFMA and National Treasury Regulations
● Public Service Act ● Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS) ●Generally Recognized Accounting Practice (GRAP) Skills: Required Technical proficiency ● Report Writing skills ● IT Operating systems ● Decision making ● Budgeting and Financial Management ● Communication and Information Management ● Customer focus and Responsiveness ● People and Performance Management ● Risk management and Fund Governance ●Analytical skills
