Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources/Law/Business Management (NQF level 7) or equivalent is required
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in facilitating transformation and change.
  • Knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of employment practices in accordance with the latest legislation and SA Labour legislation and practices.
  • Knowledge of labour legislation e.g., Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act etc.
  • In depth technical knowledge and application of the B-BBEE Codes and Sector.
 
Summary of Duties:
  • Employment Equity Plan Development.
  • Coordinate and roll out transformation and diversity initiatives.
  • Coordinate and rollout adoption of changes.
  • Administration and document management.
  • Administration of the B-BBEE strategy.
Ideal: Registration with the SA Board for Personnel Practice or any other relevant and recognized body.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A Post graduate qualification (NQF 9) in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field PLUS a Global Rewards Professional Certification (GRP).
  • Certificate in Payroll Administration or similar (Ideal).
  • Experience in payroll systems Must demonstrate experience in an ERP system with preference of SAP Success Factor, salary forecasting, structuring and benchmarking experience.
  • Developing salary structuring and benchmarking expertise.
  • Sound job grading and design skills.
  • In-depth expertise in pay scale design, incentive design and remuneration strategy and philosophy
    development.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Management of benefits administration.
  • Developed strategic Total Rewards Management skills and expertise (Ideal).
  • Driver’s License.
  • Accreditation as a Master Rewards Practitioner by the South African Rewards Association (Ideal).
