BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (TG 12)
SIX (06) MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
MIN R36 363.63– MAX R60 255.39 PER MONTH

The organisation is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the position of Business Systems Analyst.
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring of the business and ERP program processes within Durban ICC.
The incumbent will report to the Chief Financial Officer or nominated employee.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/Finance/ Business Information Systems and or relevant NQF level 7 qualification
Minimum of four (04) to five (05) years’ experience in IT and ERP systems environment
Experience working with JD Edwards financial system is preferred
Advanced experience in Microsoft SQL.

KEY PERFORMANCE / MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE
Ensure that internal project deliverables and audit requests are adhered to timeously
Conduct analysis of the ERP systems
Develop Qlikview reports including data extraction from various ERP systems
Provide user support of the ERP systems such as JD Edwards to Durban ICC users
Ensure that server maintenance is conducted on a weekly basis
Provide accurate reporting throughout the company with the use of financial system software
Provide weekly/monthly check ups to ensure that point of sales transactions software system is properly maintained
Draft specifications and client models based on client and departmental approval
Work closely with management team and users to prioritise business goals and information needs
Ensure assignments and activities of the business systems team are managed and up to date
Update menus and pricing on financial systems
Train users on various business systems.

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and facilitating all human resource functions within the Durban ICC.
The incumbent will report to the Chief Corporate Services Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant NQF level 7 qualification.
Experience
6-8 years’ experience in human resource management, with at least 3 years at Management level.
Two years’ experience in boards and or committees will be an added advantage
Experience in SAGE VIP Payroll
Extensive experience in HR Information Systems
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDL, SAQA
Experience with representing the company at the CCMA
A good understanding of budgeting
Experience in human resource business partnering

KEY PERFORMANCE / MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE
Support the CEO and Executive Management to strategically plan, align and implement HR initiatives
Mange the implementation of the HR strategy and ensure alignment with the Durban ICC’s business plan
Develop, monitor and implement HR policies that are aligned to the business needs of the organisation
Manage the Recruitment & Selection strategy of the organisation and ensure compliance with internal policies and labour legislation
Manage the facilitation of human resource information systems to ensure organisational efficiency
Manage Employment Equity and monitor reporting in line with the Durban ICC’s employment equity plan
Manage the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan and BBBEE to align with the training and development strategy
Develop a Talent Management strategy and ensure the successful implementation of succession planning and career development
Manage the Performance Management System and the integration of the performance management framework with talent management
Manage Employee Relations within the organisation and ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation
Manage the implementation of the Employee Wellness Programme and monitor the Effectiveness of the programme
Manage the Employee Value Proposition of the Durban ICC and ensure Organisational Development Management initiatives are implemented.
