DITSONG MUSEUMS VACANCIES

​DITSONG: Museums of South Africa (DMSA) is a public entity of the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture established in terms of the Cultural Institutions Act (No. 119 of 1998). The entity is seeking to appoint suitable candidates with relevant experience and qualifications to the mentioned position to be based at different museums of DMSA. 
 
CASUAL WORKERS DATABASE REGISTRATION
 
SALARY: DITSONG CASUAL RATES FOR NOT MORE THAN 100 WORKING HOURS PER MONTH 
DITSONG: MUSEUMS OF SOUTH AFRICA 
 
Applicants must be in the possession of at least Grade 12; NQF level 6 with 1 year experience in the following disciplines: Tourism, Public Relations, General Administration: (Cashier, Reception, Finance, Human Resource, Supply Chain Management, Facilities and Museum Related Qualifications. 
Grade 10- and 1-year experience in the following disciplines: General work (cleaning, gardening, farming, etc).

​Successful applicants will be captured on the DITSONG: Museum of South Africa’s database and incumbents will be placed at different museums and site museums according to their field of qualifications and experience when the services are needed.
