DUTIES : Effectively manage the life-cycle of immovable assets under the custodianship of DPW through physical verification and condition assessment of these assets. Assist the Director to develop, review and implement Immovable Asset Register (IAR) policies, frameworks and guidelines in collaboration with other National and Provincial custodians of immovable assets. Coordinate physical verification logistics and activities to provide status information around the existence of all immovable assets in the register.
