SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER REF NO: DPSA/19/001
SALARY : R242 475 per annum (Level 07)
CENTRE : Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate and a National Diploma/Degree in Public Management or Human Resources Management (NQF level 6) and a minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a Human Resource Development environment. Knowledge of the Public Service Act, 1994 as amended, Public Service Regulations, 2016 and the Human Resource Development Strategic Framework. Skills required: Supervisory, Interpersonal, Problem solving, Report writing and Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PERSAL).
DUTIES : Key Responsibility Areas: Development of Human Resource Development and Skills Development plans, Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of these plans, Facilitate the provisioning of training and development programmes within the department, Administration of the departmental bursary programme, and Administration of the skills development/training budget.
