The official domain is http://www.health.gov.za
 
Please do not entertain any emails from debbie.khan@healthza.org.za 
 
Scammers simply search for any department employee and use it in their scamming emails.
 
Do not even call the listed number as it is a landline diverted to a MTN number. 
The scammers use an answering service caller tune to make it seem like the call is in a busy environment. Its just a scammer sitting at home waiting for people to fall for the trick.
