REQUIREMENTS: A relevant National Diploma/Degree in Organisational Development or Work Study plus 3-5 years’ experience in the areas of business process mapping, implementation of the Operations Management Framework (OMF), service delivery planning, policy development and project management. Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation, BizAgi Software application, project management, Public Service Regulatory Framework, conflict management tools and methodologies and sound understanding of service delivery planning. Demonstrated skills in the following areas: Business Process Model and Notation, project management, communication (written and verbal), presentation (individual and groups), analytical thinking, research ability; interpersonal relationships, the ability to work under pressure, computer literacy (packages such as BizAgi, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Internet).
