Job Description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- To receive, verify and capture notices and law enforcement documents onto a system.
- Perform debtor administration and reconciliation process on referenced deposits.
- Conduct law enforcement investigations.
- Control over cancelled notices.
- Manage Admission of Guilt fine
- Client service
- Process new deposit on new system where Reference Number is NOT indicated on the bank statement – Daily repeated process.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Cross Border Road Transport Act.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, including, amongst others Criminal Procedures Act, National Land Transport Act, Tourism Act.
- Operational policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum:
- National Diploma or NQF level 6 qualification in Finance Related Field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
- 3 years relevant experience in Finance.

- Three (3) years’ experience as Environment specialist.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a business sustainability and ESG environment.
- Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.
