KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The successful candidate will be expected to handle the following:
- Analyse ESG data and provide critical insights.
- Track and review ESG performance against pre-determined baseline and targets at all business levels.
- Review C-BRTA ESG Strategy against the relevant areas.
- Analyse specific environmental data and develop projects to drive environmental impact improvements.
- Embedding a Sustainability culture across C-BRTA operations and industry.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Creative problem-solving.
- Effective communication.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to build Inter-relationship between the Agency and external stakeholders.
- A good understanding of how environmental concerns relate to material business risks and opportunities.
- Knowledgeable of the Transport sector.
Job Requirements
Formal Qualifications:
- Degree or NQ level 7 qualification in Environmental Management / Environmental Science / Environmental Law or related discipline
- Three (3) years’ experience as Environment specialist.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a business sustainability and ESG environment.
- Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.
