The Office of the CEO is responsible to establish and maintain strategic partnerships that will accelerate cidb delivery through leveraging partnerships with stakeholders.
Job Description
Partnership Acquisition and Growth: · Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s goals · Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, presentations, and pitches · Negotiate terms and contracts with prospective partners.
Partnership Engagement and Satisfaction · Regularly engage with partners to review performance, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities ·Develop and implement joint strategies with partners to enhance collaboration and results · Conduct quarterly or annual reviews of partnership agreements.
Strategic Impact ·Lead the development of strategic plans each year and planning updates throughout the year · Manage the timing of inputs/outputs that drive strategic project prioritization · Works collaboratively with cidb leadership to develop, document, and coordinate long-range strategies and plans for services, facilities and operations within the construction industry · Ensure the development of annual work-force plan and the annual performance plan · Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure functional success against annual performance plan · Builds consensus in support of these strategies and plans · Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness · Direct annual and ongoing environmental scan updates as needed · Serve as the escalation point to resolve conflicts on priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives.
Financial Performance · Identify and manage risks in area of responsibility · Ensure timely budgeting, monitoring, variance analysis and reporting · Ensure the regions assets are managed, maintained and kept safely · Weigh up financial implications of propositions and align expenditure to cash flow projections · Prepare and control the budget of the region · Evaluate and monitor all unit expenditure

Job Requirements
Relevant Post Graduate qualification (NQF 8).
At least 8 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years at middle management level.
