JOB TITLE: CHIEF CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER (5 YEARS CONTRACT)
DEPARTMENT: OFFICE OF THE CEO
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
GRADE: E2 (1 716 028 – 2 268 760 TCC)
Reporting to:  Chief Executive Officer
 
THE PURPOSE: To lead the Corporate Services Division.
 
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning; Governance; Corporate services; Monitoring and Evaluation; risk and financial management; people management.
 
Educational requirements: A Post graduate degree (NQF 8) in Law, Commerce or Psychology or Related Qualification in Law, Governance, Leadership, Human Resources. Master's Degree in Business Leadership or Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.
 
Experience: The candidate must have minimum of Ten (10) Years related experience at Senior Management with at least Five (5) Years' experience at Executive Management Level.
 
 
 
 
JOB TITLE: MANAGER INFORMATION SYSTEMS
DEPARTMENT: CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
GRADE:  D2 (R828 140 – 1 094 883 TCC)
REPORT TO:  CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
 
Purpose: To oversee the development and maintenance of information systems in support of overall mission and business strategy of the cidb.
 
Key Responsibilities:  Information technology planning; System needs management; system improvement and evaluation; Information systems management; Operational planning; risk management and financial management; People Management.
 
Educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information systems.
 
Experience: Minimum 8 years related experience. 5 years in software development life cycle management focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and at least 1 year working experience building solutions on D365 CE/ SharePoint/ SQL in Azure cloud.
 
 
 
 
 
JOB TITLE: SECRETARY: COO
DEPARTMENT: FUNCTIONAL OPERATIONS
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
GRADE: C1
SALARY: (R258 599,49 - R387 899,23) + BENEFITS
Reporting to: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
 
Purpose: To administer all submission, correspondence, required responses, managing and maintaining all administrative processes. To provide clerical and administrative support to the Director.
 
Key Responsibilities:  Administrative Support; Office Administration; General Clerical duties.
 
Educational requirements: Relevant Qualification in Office Administration/ Secretarial/ Executive assistant or equivalent at NQF Level 6.
 
Experience: At least 3 years related experience in office administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience in minute taking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Knowledge of MS Office packages skills coupled with fast and accurate typing skills.

DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
GRADE: C1
SALARY:(R258 599,49 - R387 899,23) + BENEFITS
Reporting to:  CHIEF INFORMATIONS OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:  Administrative Support; Office Administration; General Clerical duties.
 
Educational requirements: Relevant Qualification in Office Administration/ Secretarial/ Executive assistant or equivalent at NQF Level 6. Knowledge of procurement of IT goods and services.
 
Experience: At least 3 years related experience in office administration or secretarial support and management support experience.  Extensive experience in minute taking and/or CIO: procurement of IT goods and services.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Knowledge of MS Office packages skills coupled with fast and accurate typing skills.
