The North West Province – Rustenburg, Klerksdorp & Vryburg Regions requests the services of x 5 Part-Time Interpreters
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Verbal interpretations during hearings
• Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
• 1-year experience
• Knowledge of latest legislation/ amendments.
Languages:
Rustenburg – isiXhosa, Setswana, English, Afrikaans, Tshivenda & Sepedi
Klerksdorp – Afrikaans, English, Setswana, Sepedi & isiZulu
Vryburg – Afrikaans, Setswana, English & isiXhosa

FULL-TIME SENIOR COMMISSIONER DISPUTE RESOLUTION: OPERATIONS - NATIONAL OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 04)
The Dispute Resolution Department has a vacancy of Senior Commissioner Dispute Resolution Operations.
Purpose:
To manage the Administration of Dispute Resolution Redline matters and related post-hearing functions and services which includes the monitoring and reporting on the quality and standards of arbitration awards and rulings issued by CCMA Commissioners and to provide the necessary support to Regions and Commissioners in the delivery of related statutory functions and services. To contribute to maintaining and improving the CCMA’s credibility in the labour market with regards to the delivery of such functions and services. Serving on various national committees as directed by NSC Dispute Resolution/Director to assist with policy development and implementation at the National Office level.
Key Performance Areas:
• Evaluate the quality and standard of arbitration awards and rulings and to ensure that the CCMA has an effective perusal system in place.
• Manage the certification and related processes for the enforcement of arbitration awards for Awards rendered by National Office
• Monitor the quality and standard of all dispute resolution related efficiencies and to put in place initiatives that support continuous improvement
• Perusing and settling related training materials to ensure legal compliance
• Manage the implementation of the Case Law Monitor Program
• Institution project management
• Financial/Budget Management
• Assist in develop and implement job function specific aspects of the Departmental Operational Plan
Key Requirements:
• Unless a candidate can demonstrate suitability through the experience of not less than 5 years in a relevant managerial role, an appropriate Degree is required.
• 5 to 10 years’ in Law Practice and 3 years’ management experience
• 8 to 10 years’ professional /trade union/labour relations/law experience of which 5 years’ management experience

National office has a vacancy of a Full Time Commissioner Dispute Resolution: Operations.
Purpose
To conciliate, arbitrate disputes and provide statutory services, in terms of all Labour Legislation to ensure the CCMA provides efficient and effective dispute resolutions, management and prevention services to the labour market. To assist in the administration of Dispute Resolution Redline matters and related post hearing functions and services which include the monitoring and reporting on the standard of awards and rulings issues to Commissioners and provide the necessary support to regions in this regard.

Key requirements:
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience or alternatively appropriate NQF Level 6 tertiary qualification
• Training on Labour legislation
• Commissioner Training
• Training on CCMA policies and procedures
• Management and Leadership
