The Limpopo Province – Polokwane and Tzaneen Offices requests the services of Part-Time Interpreters.
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
Key Performance Areas:-
- Verbal interpretations during hearings
- Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
- 1 year experience
- Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments
Tzaneen Office Languages: Shangaan/Tsonga, Afrikaans and Sepedi
Polokwane Office Languages: Sepedi, Zulu, Tshivenda and Afrikaans

SENIOR COMMISSIONER: POST HEARING
Western Cape Province

Post level: 04
The Western Cape Province has a vacancy of Senior Commissioner Post Hearing.
Purpose: To manage, monitor and report on all arbitration awards and provide statutory services in terms of Labour Legislation in order to contribute to restoring the CCMA’s credibility in the labour market.

Key Performance Areas:
- Evaluate the quality and standard of arbitration awards and rulings and to ensure that the CCMA has an effective perusal system in place.
- Manage the certification and related processes for the enforcement of arbitration awards
- Monitor the quality and standard of all arbitration process related efficiencies and to put in place initiatives that support continuous improvement
- Perusing and settling related training materials to ensure legal compliance
- Manage the implementation of the Case Law Monitor Program
- Institution project management
- Department Operational Plan
- Financial/Budget Management
- Develop and implement job function specific aspects of the Departmental Operational Plan
Key Requirements:
- Unless a candidate can demonstrate suitability through the experience of not less than 5 years in a relevant managerial role, an appropriate Degree is required.
- 5 to 10 years in Law Practice and 3 years management experience
- 8 to 10 years professional / trade union/labour relations/law experience of which 5 years management experience
