The National Office has a vacancy of an Administrator in the Office of the Director.
 
Purpose
To provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support and assistance to the Manager in the Office of the Director as well as the Director to ensure the smooth running of the various offices.
 
Key Performance Areas: –
  • Office Administration and Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Travel Administration
  • Procurement
  • Attendance of meetings as directed, drafting of Agendas and Minute Keeping
  • Drafting of Presentations
  • Projects as directed
 
Key Requirements:
  • National Diploma Administration or equivalent
  • 2-3 Years’ relevant experience in general administration
  • Customer Relations, Customer Management and Public Relations
  • Knowledge of Case Management System
  • Knowledge of MS Office

PART-TIME INTERPRETER (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)
Western Cape – George Office

Rate Per Day: R929.03
The Western Cape Province – George Office requests the services of a Part-Time Interpreter
 
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
 
Key Performance Areas:-
  • Verbal interpretations during hearings
  • Administrative support functions.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
  • 1 year experience
  • Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.
 
 
Languages: isiXhosa, English, Afrikaans (Knowledge of Sign language would be an advantage).

ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMITTEE OFFICER

The Essential Services Committee has a vacancy of an Essential Services Committee Officer.
 
Purpose
To effectively and efficiently handle ESC cases and queries in terms of the relevant legislation and CCMA guidelines, including travel arrangement as well as capturing and processing invoices of the ESC. 
 
Key Performance Areas:-
  • Departmental Operational Performance
  • Budget and Cost Savings
  • Case Management
  • Travel Management
  • General Office Administration
 
Key Requirements:
  • Matric
  • National Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent)
  • 3 years relevant working experience in a service /HR/Legal environment.
  • At least 2 African languages would be an advantage.
