The Gauteng Province – Vaal Office has a vacancy of a Senior Case Management Officer.
 
Purpose
To manage Case Management Officers, therefore, to ensure that cases are accurately and efficiently processed from receipt to closure in order to meet the dispute resolution efficiencies.

Key Requirements: –
  • Matric, Qualification in Labour/Law or a relevant equivalent is an advantage.
  • Four (04) years’ working experience in a Case Management Service/ HR/ Legal/ Employment Laws environments/ Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector is required;
OR
  • Two (02) years’ working experience in a Case Management Service/ HR/ Legal/ Employment Laws environments/ Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector, PLUS two (02) experience at a supervisory level.
