REGIONAL HR ASSISTANT
Mpumalanga Province

The Mpumalanga Office has a vacancy for a Regional HR Assistant
Purpose: To provide HR Administration support in the CCMA region’s Employees and Management. To serve as a link between regional Management and Employees on the one hand, and National Office Human Resources Unit on the other. To ensure regional HR functions are performed and accurate reports are timeously submitted to National Office Human Resources unit.

Key Performance Areas:
• Provide recruitment support
• Termination administration
• Leave administration
• Provide other HR administration support
• Provide ETD support
• Provide Wellness support

Key Requirements:
• Three-year National Diploma in Human Resources or Employee Relations; or equivalent
• 2 years’ HR Administration experience will be an advantage.
• Training on HR Induction, CMMA processes and procedures, Interviewing skills and Training on HR Information System

ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Eastern Cape Province -Gqeberha Office

The Gqeberha Office has a vacancy of an Administration Clerk.

Purpose
Monitor that all equipment and assets are in working order and provide the necessary administrative support services to CCMA staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.

Key Performance Areas: –
• Stock management
• Office management
• Access control
• Building Maintenance

Key Requirements:
• Grade 12 and 1-year Administration Certificate
• 1 year’s administration experience in an Office or Administration environment and handyman experience
