The Dispute Prevention and Resolution Department has a vacancy of a Senior Commissioner: Dispute Prevention and Resolution.
 
Purpose
To lead and provide guidance to achieve operational excellence through the provision of effective Dispute Management Resolution (including those under the auspicious of bargaining and statutory councils) and Prevention, as well as Collective Bargaining and Mediation, processes, procedures and mechanisms. Ensure the building capacity through development of training material and training platforms. Support the aims of providing employment security for all South Africans.

Key Requirements
  • At least an appropriate Honours Degree or Equivalent in Labour Studies or Social Sciences or Employment Laws.
  • 8 years’ experience within the labour market as role player with at least 3 years at Middle Management level. Experience as a practising commissioner.
