The Office of the Director has a vacancy for a Professional Assistant to the Director at our National Office.
 
Purpose: To provide effective and efficient administrative and professional support to the Director.
 
Key Performance Areas:
  • Conduct Internet and other Research, writing first drafts and producing computer graphics.
  • Review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents and prepare background documents is necessary.
  • Support the Director to keep the Governing Body informed about meetings between the Director and Governing Body Members, by ensuring that meetings are properly arranged and services. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and follow up actions.
  • Carry out all duties with complete discretion and high regard for confidentiality

Key Requirements:
  • Secretarial Diploma (1 year)
  • 3 years’ experience in Secretarial duties and general administration.
