PART-TIME INTERPRETER (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) X2

The Gauteng Province – Tshwane Office requests the services of Part-Time Interpreters.
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
Key Performance Areas:-
•Verbal interpretations during hearings
•Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
•Matric Certificate
•National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
•1 year experience
•Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.
Languages for 1st position: IsiZulu and IsiNdebele
Languages for 2nd position: XiTsonga and TshiVenda

ASSISTANT MANAGER: DEMAND MANAGEMENT
National Office

The National Office has a vacancy for an Assistant Manager: Demand Management
Purpose: To source and ensure that the necessary resources required to fulfil the needs identified are procured in the most cost effective and efficient manner and are in line with applicable procurement laws and regulations.
Key Performance Areas:
•Monitoring and placing projects on the procurement plan of the organisation throughout the financial year.
•Coordinate research activities for market analysis, estimate costs, and determine the most appropriate procurement strategy for goods and services required by the end user.
•Develop reliable demand forecasts using available data/information.
•Manage product integration and cost management plan.
•Manage and provide technical support to end users during the demand management process.
•Prepare and review bid specifications and evaluation reports to ensure compliance with SCM policy, processes and procedures, and laws and regulations.
•Supervise and manage demand management activities.
•Oversee daily activities of the team and provide guidance as needed.
•Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
•Develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
•Monitoring and managing contract management process.
•Delivery of projects standardisation outputs as per project requirements.
•Develop, monitor, control, and review project cost-reduction strategies with end users.
•Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions timeously.
•Guide and produce data insights to inform decision-making processes and improvements.
•Ensure accurate and complete contract commitments.
Key Requirements:
•National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other relevant qualifications.
•3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management or relevant fields of which 2 years is in the public sector.
