SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

Internal Audit department has a vacancy for Senior Internal Auditor.
Purpose
To plan, execute and report on audits as per the Annual Audit Plan to determine whether the business unit / departmental activities are in compliance with CCMA’s policies and procedures, CCMA objectives and applicable legislations. To supervise the Internal Auditors to ensure that audits are carried out as per the Annual Audit Plan.

• Audit Reporting
• Customer Feedback Coordination
• General Audit Support
• Team Supervision
Key Requirements:
• B Com / National Diploma in Internal Auditing or Equivalent
• Certification as an Internal Audit Technician or Professional Internal Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor and Chattered
Account designation would be advantageous
• Member of Institute of Internal Auditors
• Knowledge of Barnowl Audit Software
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Internal Auditing
• Knowledge of executing Annual Financial Statements and Strategic Audits

CASE MANAGEMENT OFFICER: COUNCILS AND AGENCIES

The National Office – Councils & Agencies Unit has a vacancy of Case Management Officer Councils and Agencies.
Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Senior Commissioner: Councils and Agencies at the National Office. To ensure that Councils and Agencies are assisted and to promote good working relationships between the CCMA, Councils and Private Agencies. To monitor and ensure that efficiencies and statutory requirements of Councils and Agencies are met at all times. To effectively and efficiently handle queries and assist the public regarding appropriate processing procedures, screening of subsidies and section 143 applications.
Key Performance Areas:-
• General Administration.
• Process LRA s143 applications.
• Process subsidy payments to Councils and Report thereon.
• Governance Committee Co-ordinations and support.
• Co-ordination of Complaints pertaining to Councils, Agencies and Panellists.
• Monitor CMS in respect of Councils and Agencies.
Key Requirements:
• Unless a candidate can demonstrate suitability through relevant experience of not less than three (3) years in Employment Laws, Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector or Human Resources role, a Matric and Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent) with one (1) year of practical experience will be required.
• One (1) to three (3) years relevant working experience in a case management service Employment Laws, Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector or Human Resources role.
• At least 2 African languages would be an advantage.
• Fair working knowledge of all MS Programs
• Basic knowledge of Finance Processes
