The National Office has a vacancy for a Professional Quantity Surveyor on a twelve (12) Months’ Fixed Term Contract.
Purpose
To provide comprehensive and professional quantity surveyor expertise and support to the Facilities Unit of the CCMA. The QS will be responsible for lease cost analysis, planning, lease procurement and strategies, leases SLA contractual and negotiations arrangements, Tenant Installation project management, Reporting, advise and apply regulatory practices and risk assessments and controls of the projects until completion & to ensure expenditure within the budget.

Key Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying (ND/ BTech / BSc Quantity Surveying)
- Member of Association of Quantity Surveyors
- 5-7 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor on high –end commercial and industrial build Projects.
