Human Resources Consultant: Recruitment and Talent Management - National Office (Post level: 06)

Job Purpose:
To oversee the Recruitment and Selection process within the CCMA, and to ensure the Performance Management system is implemented, maintained, and applied consistently throughout the organisation

• Oversee the Recruitment and Selection process
• Manage the Talent Management process
• Manage the Succession Planning process
• Manage Communication and Change Management
• Accurate Reporting
• People Management
• Project Management
 
Key Requirements:
• Completed Diploma/Degree in Human Resources / equivalent qualification
• 4- 6 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR administration, Talent and Succession Management
• Training in labour legislation
• Training in performance management systems and processes
• Training in interviewing skills / methods
• Strong computer skills
