Dispute Prevention & Workplace Administrator/Coordinator - National Office (Post level: 09)
The Dispute Resolution Department has a vacancy of Dispute Prevention & Workplace Administrator/ Coordinator
 
 
Purpose: To organise national office internal workshops/events and to assist and provide administrative support to both the DP&WO Manager and DP&WO Commissioner.


Key Performance Areas: -
• Organising and Administering events
• Capture event plans onto the system
• Organise various types of events based on confirmation from the DP&WO Commissioner
• Arrange and book venues in accordance to the DP&WO SOP
• Order training manuals from National Office when required
• Draft invitations and send approved invitations to relevant stakeholders
• Compile a list of confirmed attendees per event when no costs are involved
• Compile a list of confirmed attendees per event that needs to pay for attendance and forward to Accounts Administrator to issue an invoice and forward the invoice to the attendees via various communication channels
• Draft reminder mail and send to confirmed attendees, with the map and directions
• Respond to queries from confirmed attendees

• Capture the event on the system
• Compile documentation/ presentations on behalf of the DP&WO Commissioner when required
• Order and distribute required documentation and material on the day of the event
• Compile the relevant reports and documents on completion of the training and file in the relevant folders
• Compile monthly activity and budget monitoring reports accurately and timeously and distribute to National Office.
• Coordinate the approval of the Service Level Agreements and other contracts by sending to the legal department and file as required.
• Verify the accuracy and authenticity of evidence to support the delivery of Provincial/ Regional interventions/ activities.

Key Requirements:
• Grade 12, National Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent).
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in a service/ HR/ Legal environment.
• Proficiency in at least two (2) African languages would be an advantage.
