Change Management Practitioner - Fixed-Term Contract 12 Months - National Office (Post-Level: 06)
The Human Resources Department has a fixed term vacancy for 12 months for a Change Management Practitioner at our National Office in Johannesburg.

 
Purpose
The Change Practitioner will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. He/she will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
 
 
Key Performance Areas:-
• Assist in the facilitation and implementation of change and transformation processes and activities;
• Provide business leadership with tools and processes to support the business change initiatives;
• Implement communications and training strategies designed to create organizational change;
• Determining and measuring change analytics to gauge the effectiveness of strategies;
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to maintain enthusiasm and commitment to the change process;
• Ensure communication-related to the department is accurate, transparent and continuous; and
• Support Project Managers in the implementation of projects.
 
Key Requirements:-
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/ Social Sciences or Commerce/Administration
• Change management certification or designation desired
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in large-scale organizational change efforts
