Business Analyst - National Office (Post level: 05)
The Dispute Resolution Department has a vacancy for a Business Analyst

Purpose: To ensure the integrity of the Case Management System (CMS) in line with relevant legislation and user requirements. To provide support and guidance to users in terms of the CMS; and to ensure the accuracy of data captured by checking and evaluating data so that the CCMA can provide accurate statistics to internal and external clients.
 
Key Performance Areas:
• Develop Business Rules
• Complete System Testing
• Develop SOPS, Training Manual and Enhancement Documents
• User Training and Support
• Bargaining Council User Training and Support
• Data Validation
• Reporting
• People Management
 

Key Requirements:
• 5 years CMS experience (full understanding of CMS processes and functions)
• Working knowledge of relevant labour legislation
• Knowledge of basic SQL in order to compile reports
• The ability to develop and implement manual and computerized workflow systems
• Processing skills, including an ability to analyze and interpret statistical data in order to compile reports
• Problem solving skills, including troubleshooting in technical areas
• Ability to work independently and manage projects
