Primary Function: The primary objective of the Manager Media Relations is to provide comprehensive oversight of the company's various communication needs. This role involves developing and implementing effective media strategies, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across different communication channels.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Stay updated on evolving issues to identify press opportunities and proactively engage with media outlets.
 Create compelling content for press releases, social media platforms, websites, and other distribution channels. Ensure key messages are aligned with vital business strategies and effectively communicated to target audiences.
 Serve as the primary media liaison for the organization, fostering positive relationships and managing media inquiries, conduct press conferences, briefings, and other media events to effectively communicate important announcements.

 Promote additional projects and initiatives to support new campaigns and enhance the company's overall visibility. Cultivate long-term relationships with media influencers and key stakeholders to amplify the company's reach and reputation. Develop engaging and relatable materials that resonate with the target audience, leveraging research insights. Primary Function:

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee Treasury Functions: Review and analyse the treasury functions to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Efficiently manage debt facilities.
 Lead Cash Forecasting: Spearhead short-term cash forecasting activities by collaborating with colleagues to improve forecast reliability based on anticipated activities.
 Initiate Treasury Projects: Develop and drive treasury-specific projects and initiatives. Generate comprehensive reports on cash operations, including all cash transactions, to ensure adequate liquidity at all times.
 Evaluate Fiscal Decisions: Evaluate the organisation's fiscal decisions, analyse associated risks, and recommend the best possible course of action.
 Establish Efficient Cash Management Systems: Develop and implement robust cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. Ensure that the necessary cash is available for use and provide forecasts for both short-term and long-term cash levels.
 Oversee Cash Flow Forecasts: Supervise the preparation of various cash flow forecasts and financial models. Execute daily financing decisions based on daily cash requirements.
 Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of employee performance as required. Provide feedback and promote a performance-driven culture within the team.
 Drive Performance Culture: Foster a performance-oriented culture in the team through timely monitoring and reviewing of performance parameters. Provide constructive feedback to team members regularly.

Primary Function: The primary function of an Officer Communication is to effectively deliver information and corporate communications for the organization
 
Key Responsibilities: Provide general support within the area of responsibility utilising existing systems to facilitate services to clients. Organise work according to established strategies. Support the provision of services to clients in a manner that demonstrates creativity, flexibility, adaptability and alignment of brand positioning. Formulate persuasive and / or informative messages to be disseminated to the business/ clients. Support the department in implementing the internal communications strategy. Work with departmental staff in planning and coordinating messages to employees at all levels and in developing key messages and understanding of probable on staff. Primary Function
The position involves spearheading the complete lifecycle of contract management from development to execution, including the negotiation of favourable terms with vendors and partners. Cultivating relationships with vendors and stakeholders, advising the business on contract matters, and managing detailed reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities
• Take the lead in contract development by drafting detailed documents covering all crucial aspects of business relationships. Cooperate with procurement and other relevant departments to ensure that contracts comply with company policies, legal stipulations, and business goals. Review and adjust contract language regularly to address specific risks and concerns and protect City Power’s interests.
• Act as the primary liaison during negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and partners, working towards securing the most favourable terms for City Power. This includes factors like price, delivery schedule, and quality. Leverage negotiation skills to resolve disagreements and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage the contract execution process, guaranteeing that all necessary parties sign agreements and are fully informed of their obligations. Systematically organise and secure contract documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of contracts. This involves tracking the progress of deliverables, payments, contract renewals, amendments, and compliance with terms. Take prompt action when contract terms are unmet, initiating corrective actions, renegotiations, or legal procedures as needed.
• Establish and execute risk management strategies for contract management. This includes conducting regular audits to confirm compliance with contractual terms, proactively identifying potential risks, such as non-compliance, early terminations, and renewal dates, and taking measures to mitigate these risks.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Maintain regular communication with them to address concerns, provide feedback, and ensure ongoing alignment with contract terms. Conduct assessments to determine the effectiveness of all contracts in place in the organisation and hold regular meetings with contractors/service providers regularly to discuss performance milestones and challenges.
