Primary Function:

Key Responsibilities: 
Development and coordination of security strategies plans and processes. Human/ automation integration to manage and reduce security risks and incidents. Conduct security risks assessments, audits and inspections and produce actionable security reports, plans, strategies and process to reduce security risks and incidents. Develop appropriate crime scene analysis methodologies and information repositories to aid in essential infrastructure crime investigation and prosecution. Manage process to support Criminal Justice System in respect of provision of expert statements and testimonies in criminal matters pertaining to essential infrastructure crimes. Manage essential infrastructure crime register/ occurrence book and collaborate with business in establishing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual trends and development of appropriate response strategies. Utilise appropriate tools, resources and technology to coordinate and gather security-related information which is of a high quality, and capable of being used to reduce risk and loss. Analyse and report the acquired data and information in a manner which can be utilised, and share this information appropriately. Employ various techniques and methodologies to proactively identify criminals, criminal methods, risks and threats, and taking mitigating action for the effective safeguarding of City Power assets and personnel. Ensure cooperation with networks of relevant stakeholders, and exercise the appropriate discretion and cooperation in sharing information with outside parties. Manage a City Power-wide security culture, awareness and educational programmes, involving both internal and external stakeholders to reduce security incidents and create a positive security culture. Manage the process of achieving security compliance within all operations at City Power. Develop and improve on systems and processes which ensure and control security risk compliance, and in conjunction with other business systems and functions. Provide suitable communication and training to develop staff awareness and build compliance to security across City Power.

Primary Function:
To lead the development of the financial strategy that will enable City Power to meet its financial targets. To direct, safeguard and monitor the financial health, thus ensuring the financial stability of City Power. The CFO should strengthen the legislative requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Structuring the work effort in the Department towards accurate, relevant, compliant, and timely monitoring and reporting on business performance to meet City Power’s budgeting and forecasting goals. Responsible for performing independent and objective reviews and analyses of business activities and related policies and internal controls to improve operations, compliance with the laws, regulations, and company policies to better manage risks.
 To oversee and drive the development, review and implementation of management accounting systems and procedures.  To lead and support various strategic efforts, including playing a pivotal role in building annual/long-term strategic plans. Support by building the business’s ability to establish its short, medium, and long-term plans in a highly dynamic industry. Primary Function:
The Chief Audit Executive is responsible for the overall functioning of the Internal Audit Departments so that the audit fulfils the purpose, role and responsibilities as established in the Audit Charter. The operational focus will be on the effectiveness and adequacy of controls, risk management and governance processes, reliability and integrity of financial and operational information, economic application of resources, and compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies and procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement Internal Audit strategic and operational audit plans. Define a strategic framework for the operating model of the unit, which includes the alignment of operations, people, processes and technology.
 Provide strategic oversight and guidance for integrating the organisational performance of the department.
 Direct the leverage of scale and reinforce cross-cutting synergies at a central level across the department.
 Lead and coordinate the senior leadership team of the department.
