DESIGNATION: EXECUTIVE SERVICE DELIVERY CENTRE (SDC) OPERATIONS
GROUP: SERVICE DELIVERY CENTRE
DEPARTMENT: SERVICE DELIVERY CENTRE
REPORTING TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Electrical Engineering OR Commerce OR Business Management
Work Experience:
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the electrical distribution industry. Of the fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years must be in a NERSA-regulated environment dealing with service level standards relating to revenue management or outage management processes. Of the fifteen (15) years, five (5) years must be in middle management.
Primary Function:
• To effectively manage City Power’s SDCs while diligently adhering to service-level standards. This includes a commitment to guaranteeing a reliable and timely supply restoration and the provision of accurate and punctual revenue and outage management processes. These efforts align with the overarching goal of securing revenue completeness and accuracy, all of which are vital components contributing to City Power’s financial sustainability. The core focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction and optimising revenue, strategies achieved through meticulous network infrastructure management. Additionally, the role encompasses responsibilities for community safety, ensured through the reliable provision of public lighting and the adept management of outage issues, carried out in strict accordance with established service-level standards for public lighting.
