Appointment Minimum Requirements:
Primary Function: To assist in ensuring high vehicle availability and optimum utilisation at the lowest cost.
Key responsibilities: Ensure vehicle availability, monitor workshops and panel beaters performance. Adhere to planned maintenance schedule. Ensure all defects are reported and fixed. Monitor breakdown response time. Ensure vehicle collection from workshops are immediate. Ensure ordered vehicles are delivered on time. Provide administrative and specialised Fleet information to users. Update database, Prepare and send relevant fleet costs to users, Cross check data on logbooks with actual vehicle information daily. Check daily checklists and ensure reported defects are attended to. Coach drivers take pride in vehicles they are using. Monitor renewal dates and ensure the vehicle is sent in for preparatory repairs and licence disc received on time. Conduct physical check on vehicle. Liaise with Admin assistant officer. Liaise with Fleet Africa. Ensure all specialised vehicles certificates are valid and displayed on windscreens. Monthly vehicle physical check. Liaise with admin assist Officer. Monitor expiry dates and report to relevant individuals. Scrutinise costs from original invoices. Ensure payment is for vehicles in allocated depot.

Primary Function: Manage specialized security services to ensure the protection of executive management and employee at imminent risks against internal and external threats; and to provide a high-risk internal security response capabilities to deal with high-risk security issues.
Key responsibilities: Manage a comprehensive programme aimed at providing security for executive management and any employees at risks. Conduct security risks assessments for relevant principals on regular basis. Initiate appropriate protection measures based on ever-changing risk profile. Conduct appropriate investigations on non-kinetic threats directed against executives and employees and ensure appropriate actions are taken. Conduct regular technical surveillance counter measures in sensitive areas to maintain their sterility and neutralize technical surveillance threats. Develop and manage an internal specialized response team to stabilize high-risk situations; Integrate specialized response team into the overall protection of the National Key Point facility and serve as a force-multiplier; Review and authorize overtime within the allocated time frame as and when required. Key responsibilities: Participate in the formulation of the Governance & Compliance strategy, plans and budgets. Evaluate and comment on the applicability of specific key performance indicators and measures against outcomes detailed in the departments strategic plans. Analyse and align operating capacity and capabilities of the Section to deliver against Governance & Compliance specific key performance areas.
