IF A REQUEST IS NOT ON ETENDERS WEBSITE, THEN IT IS A SCAM.

The TDX Tri-Cone Bits scam will be recycled as the scammers are quick running out of ideas and they may be request other irregular things that with only one supplier on a fake website.

Some other goods wanted may be legit. 

Whoever decides to fall for the scam will deliver the goods to the scammers and lose everything.

Once again. Please do not entertain such emails. Delete and always check with the official websites and relevant officials.
Do not be trusting of anybody unless the tenders and quotations are on the eTenders website.

The reason why the scammers have you email address and other information is simply because some unscrupulous government workers.

In most cases, the scams are only successful because some people become desperate to score big bucks through backdoor tenders. Well, scammers are counting on that.
