Salary Range: R15 130.73 pm (basic salary excluding benefits)
Appointment Requirements:
• Grade 12/ NQF level 4 plus 2-year Certificate in Enrolled Nursing;
• One (1) year post training in Enrolled Nursing;
• SANC registration.
• Computer literacy, SAP administration; Project management, communication (verbal and written); coordinating and interpersonal skills required.
Primary Function: Applies procedural nursing sequences in the management of comprehensive primary health care services and participates in community focused awareness initiatives, providing support, information distribution and demonstrations to ensure that the health objectives in terms of all relevant national policies and standard guidelines are met.
Key Performance Areas: Perform support functions to professional staff / clinicians in respect of specific application associated with the provision of treatments for communicable and non-communicable diseases. Participate in the delivery of awareness and educational programmes on clinical approaches to safe and healthy living to the community. Initiate and performs certain administration function.

Primary Function: Applies procedural nursing sequences with regards to the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, evaluation and control of communicable diseases and participates in community focused awareness initiatives and personal development inter interventions through the dissemination of advice and information on health issues and associated treatment applications in order to ensure that objectives related to affordable and cost-effective health care are realized.
Key Performance Areas: Render a comprehensive and integrated Primary Health Care Services by assessing diagnosing treating and/or referring which includes all elements and principles of the national Core Package and the National Priority Programmes. Actively participate in the identification, design and delivery of health awareness campaigns at clinic and community level. Conduct specific administrative processes and procedures. Implement the activities and procedures in relation to the rendering of comprehensive health care services at Primary Health Care Facility level and in accordance with the MFMA and other relevant legal framework. Initiate, facilitate and maintain community and intersectoral collaboration at clinic/regional level.

Primary Function: Manage the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting sequences of outcomes associated with plans and procedural application designed to accomplish key service delivery objectives with respect to the provision of vehicle and licensing service through the co-ordination of operations and quality of NRTA 93 of 1996. Ensure that the Department achieves the SDBIP’s as mandated by the City of Joburg.
Key Performance Areas: Plan, organise, lead, control and direct the Key Performance Indicators and outcomes of personnel in line with allocated resources within the Motor Vehicle Registering Authority, Driver Licensing and Vehicle Testing Centres. Implement and manage procedures, systems and controls to regulate specific work sequences associated with the functionality. Manage the assets of the Unit.
Leading Competencies: Knowledge of legislative prescripts. Knowledge of policies and procedures in a local Government sphere.
Core Competencies: Project management skills. Good negotiation skills. Finance for no-financial qualification.

Primary Function: Manages the key performance and results indicators associated with the Income Unit of the Finance Section of the Development Planning Department, through the implementation of laid down policies and procedures dictating financial reporting and recording requirements. Providing input into longer-term objective setting and financial planning and directing and executing accounting procedures and processes associated with controlling income.
Key Performance Areas: Identify and define the short to medium term objectives and priorities of the section encapsulating income functionalities. Manage the implementation of specific procedures, systems and controls associated with key functional areas embodied in the Income Section’s s. Monitor applications, procedures and processes associated with specific statutory financial responsibilities and functions/ activities of the Municipality. Disseminate guidance and information on specific key performance areas and procedures. Ensure planning and development analysis. Manage and coach staff in the Unit to ensure that all staff meet the department’s objectives in line with broader organizational objectives and requirements. Manage and monitor assets and resources of the Directorate. Control, consolidate, analyse and submit various reliable reports. Practice good governance and management of risk.
Leading Competencies: Strong understanding of MFMA. Strong financial analysing abilities.
Core Competencies: Report writing. Computer literacy on SAP (finance). Computer literacy -Microsoft Office Applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
