Appointment Requirements:
• BCom Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 7;
• 5 - 7 years' experience in job evaluation and human resources management;
• Performance management and financial reporting;
• Report writing; computer literacy; and at least a Code 8 driver's license.
Primary Function: Lead and/or participate in the conduct of job evaluation studies, including complex jobevaluations like the annual job evaluation review process and manage a consultative job evaluation service to CoJ Core departments and Municipal Entities (ME's), by means of proactive research, extensive networking and liaising so the Council's and job evaluation polies are adhered to. Draw lessons from job evaluation studies their implications for improving development effectiveness of human resources operations and disseminate findings and lessons to increase awareness and use of knowledge in operations. Provide operational support to improve the quality of projects and to ensure that lessons from job evaluations are incorporated in the human resources strategy, sector and policy formulation and project and analysis design.

Designation: Assistant Director: Notebook Analysis
Salary: R41 14.57 pm (basic salary excluding benefits)
Appointment Requirements:
• Grade 12 or Matric/National Senior Certificate plus a relevant National Diploma or Degree Computer Science , Forensic Data Analysis, Information technology and/or Information Systems at NQF level 7;
• 6 — 8 years' experience in cyber-crime investigation, plus extensive experience in computer forensic methods and best practices and investigative techniques;
• Advanced Knowledge of digital media, fraud and related offences and software and operating systems, such as Microsoft SQL, Linux as well as ACL Data Analytics IBMi2 and others;
• Knowledge of legislation, regulations, legal principles applicable to al spheres of government and digital forensics;
• Knowledge on the Cybercrimes and Cybersecurity Bill and of digital media, fraud and related offences and software and operating systems, such as Microsoft SQL, Linux as well as ACL Data Analytics and IBMi2 and others;
• Knowledge of National Cyber Security Framework (NCSF) and Municipal Finance Management Act; Understanding other relevant legal framework (Criminal Procedure National Strategic Intelligence Act), Protection of Information Act and Municipality System Act).
Primary Function: To manage and monitor the collection, processing and analysis of market data and investigations data to ensure data integrity across multiple reporting systems within the City of Johannesburg and inform strategic decision making.
Key Performance Areas: Retrieve and analyse data lined to a range of criminal activities committed against the City or Municipal Council. Appointment Requirements:
• Grade 12 or Matric/Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences (or equivalent qualification in Policing; Forensic Investigation, Security management) and Basic Vetting Course at NQF level 7;
• Member of the Security Forum; State Security Agency, South African Police Service, South African National Defence Force related courses will be an advantage;
• 7 years' in risk, security management, MIS environment and/or related security of which 3 years' should be at management level within public service or private sector;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Minimum Information Security Standards (MIS) and other relevant legal mandate; and
• Valid driver's licence.
Primary Function: Responsible for the rollout of the MIS programme in respect of the provision of and ensure compliance to information/document, communication, physical and breach of security and other related requirements. Track and manage all MIS related cases in order to ensure the City of Johannesburg’s (CoJ) compliance to the administration of applicable norms and standards.
