Primary Function: Designing and implementing the monitoring, evaluation activities for program monitoring of the Integrated Development Program (IDP). Monitor the program monitoring activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the Management Information System of the Project and will be responsible for the collection and analysis of different data in relation to the program monitoring activities. 
 
Key Performance Areas: Lead/manage evaluation, analysis, and assessment activities, including coordination and oversight of various departments engaged in the implementation of the IDP. Design quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analytical methods and tools to support evaluation design and implementation. Assist with data quality audits and site visits to assess data quality and activity performance. Program monitoring and evaluation coordination. Establish an inquisitive learning culture within the Office of the Speaker through leading the capacity building efforts.
