SHORT TERM CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT
Information Communication Technology & Information Management Department (GICT&IM) has the following short-term contract opportunity for a period NOT exceeding twelve (12) months.
The details are as follows:
1. Department: Group Information Communication Technology & Information Management
Branch: Group Information Communication Technology & Information Management
Designation: Executive Office Manager
Salary: R27 494.16 pm (all-inclusive cost to company)
Appointment Requirements:
Grade 12 plus a Diploma in Administration or related field (NQF level 6); and
At least 3 years’ experience in a Government office administration environment.
Primary Function: Support the Office of the Group Executive Director with information, administration and facilitation support duties in order to provide a better service to internal and external clients.
Key Performance Areas: Provide administrative support associated with the Office of the Group Executive Director; Manage the implementation of procedures and systems associated with controlling document flow and regulating record keeping; Coordinate specific logistical requirements associated with meetings hosted by the Office of the Group Executive Director and sign-off on matters for action; Effectively liaise and support the Group Executive Director in ensuring qualitative and timeous resolution of councillor matters and queries; Perform specific tasks/activities associated with the provision of secretarial support.
