Purpose:
 
Responsibilities

  10. Manage and ensure a customer service-oriented environment as well as determine and facilitate people management and related activities in the division.
 
Job Requirements
  1. B Degree in Public Administration or Development Studies or Social Sciences or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  2. 5 - 8 years' experience in local government administration or a similar environment
  3. A valid driver's license.

Purpose:
 
Responsibilities
  1. Work with the public relations and other media professionals to support the planning, implementation and evaluation of CoE's media based activities
  2. Plan, organise, direct, research, control and develop media content for the Department to ensure that the media system is up to date and that any changes are recorded
  3. Ensure that completed work adhere to governance and legislative requirements
  4. Adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risk
  5. Contribute to a culture, which builds rewarding relationships and enables exceptional customer service and ethical conduct by being a good example
 
Job Requirements
  1. A Degree in media related studies
  2. 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar environment
