Minimum Requirements:
- N6 or Engineers Diploma in Electronics or Radio Frequency Field.
- Code 8 driver's License
- Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in English and Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Negotiation Skills
- 8 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and repairs of two-way radios, radio repeaters and security alarm transmitters.
- Control and maintain electronic test equipment.
- Set standards for two- way radios and electronic equipment.
- Keep records of and license two-way radios and repeaters to comply with council policy.
- Procedure and control spares for two-way radios and related equipment to ensure availability and accountability.
- Trace interference on radio communication system and investigate all radio complaints to ensure functional communication network.
- Manage repairs and maintenance of call taking and despatching centre radio and CCTV equipment.
- Provide Human Resource Services within this sub-section for skills development as required by Legislation.

Minimum Requirements:
- Supply Chain Management / Local Government Degree or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that goods and services are procured in accordance with authorised procurement processes
- Plan, organise, lead, manage, implement, control and monitor overall administrative and financial practices, ensuring compliance MFMA and Local Government Acts, in alignment with the overall finance strategy
- Provide strategic capability and leadership input in to the divisional objectives to ensure that resources required to support the strategic objectives are met
- Ensure the implementation operational process to regulate specific work process to ensure the goods and services are delivered at the correct time, location, at the right quality and quantity
- Ensure adequate implementation of governance and risk management practices to ensure that there is proper governance and compliance and risk management
- Participate in implementations of financial process within the division to ensure compliance in terms of the MFMA and other applicable legislation

Minimum Requirements:
- Accounting Degree or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
- MFMA Certification
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Functional planning of the cash management and bank reconciliation sub section to ensure accurate, up to date and reconciled cashbook and bank accounts
- Manage investments and cash flow processes to adhere to reporting requirements
- Ensure accurate and up to date expenditure account reconciliation
- Monitor and report on special payments, land guarantees, forex and travel cards
- Transfer of funds between City's bank accounts to ensure that internal cash requirements are met
- Analyse and investigate deviations on cash management reports and report to Senior Manager Cash Management
- Ensure financial administration processes comply with internal control and governance standards and report on any deviations
- Organise sub section to maintain the infrastructure needed to produce the required financial accountability
- Attend to auditor's information requests and queries for the sub section
- Scrutinize financial indicators report on bank reconciliations and submit to Senior Manager
- Compile summaries and other reports to Senior Manager Cash Management
