Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
- Valid Driver's license
- 2- 5 years' extensive experience in change management with a proven track record in effective change management
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement change management approaches, processes and models to improve the overall effectiveness of change within the organisation and interacts and clearly communicate with various stakeholders on the changes within the organisation
- Implement change management processes so that transformation and change management takes place in the CoE resulting in values and ethics which support the vision of the organisation
- Develop capacity for change and regeneration so that employees have the necessary skills to deal with change
- Become pro-active as a catalyst and guardian of culture to create harmony in the work place
- Implement governance and risk management strategies to ensure effective implementation of Council resolutions with regard to risk
- Contribute to a customer service orientated culture to ensure rewarding relationships and to allow others to provide exceptional customer services

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in General Nursing
- Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council
- Dispensing license
- Certified Audiometric registered with SASOHN
- Spirometry Certificate
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient occupational health services in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations in order to minimise and manage occupational health risks and hazards
- Implement and maintain comprehensive occupational health services in order to manage diverse occupational injuries, diseases and non-communicable diseases
- Adhere to governance and risk requirements
- Adhere to financial processes to comply with relevant legislation and policies
- Promote a culture of customer services in providing occupational health services
- Manage human resources to ensure that health care services and programmes are implemented and objectives are met

Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant National Diploma / B Degree in in Organisational Work Study /Management Services or relevant equivalent qualification
- 5 years' experience in organisational development & work study in local government or similar environment
- Valid Driver's license
Core Responsibilities:
- Advise and conduct scientific investigations and facilitate the implementation process that seeks to enhance organisational design an efficiency improvement within the City of Ekurhuleni
- Perform organisational design studies in order to ensure optimal organisational functioning
- Conduct work study investigation in order to improve the effective utilization of resources and to set up standards of performance
- Conduct productivity and efficiency improvement studies in order to ensure the optimal ratio between input and output resulting in increased productivity
- Compile and maintain job descriptions an ensure all posts have an evaluated job description
- Perform business process management and improvement in order to identify interrelated processes
- Develop and maintain organisation management related policies in order to guide and govern administration
- Ensure governance and risk management activities are adhered to
