Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a supply chain management environment
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, implement, monitor and evaluate logistics support to ensure the functions of supply maintenance, procurement and quality assurance into logistics activities needed to sustain the procurement systems comply with accounting practices, Local Government Acts and overall finance strategy
  • Provide strategic capability and leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders
  • Ensure operational processes to ensure that procurement functions are executed in terms of Supply Chain Management policies, procedures and applicable legislation
  • Ensure governance and risk management compliance to ensure business continuity from the context of SCM practices and processes
  • Ensure effective financial process are managed to ensure compliance to the MFMA and other financial related legislation
  • Drive customer service orientation to ensure exceptional service delivery is in line with organisational objectives

Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  • MFMA Certification will serve as an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a supply chain management environment
  • A valid driver's license
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, implement, monitor and evaluate systems and services related to financial practices, ensuring compliance with accounting practices, Local Government Acts and overall finance strategy
  • Provide input into strategic capability and leadership to achieve overall objectives of the Department
  • Perform operational processes to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and ensuring compliance with the tender and procurement policy, procedures and legislation
  • Ensure governance and risk management to ensure compliance with risk policy and procedures
  • Apply financial process to ensure compliance with the MFMA and legislation
  • Maintain customer service orientation by ensuring good governance and service delivery

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• South African Citizen
• Resident of City of Ekurhuleni (Specific Ward on CV)
• Young Person 18-35 years, but men and woman over 35 years will be considered
• Ability to communicate with communities.

• Ability to read and write.
Core Responsibilities:
• Conducting house to house title deed verification.
• Profiling the beneficiaries of title deeds.
• Assist supervisors responsible for title deed distributions.
• Determine the whereabouts of beneficiaries whose title deeds are still with the City.
• Determine the root causes of each blockage which lead to title deeds backlog.
• Record and report all work done to supervisor.
• Attend community meetings to provide support as and when requested by the supervisor.

• Ability to communicate with communities.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Conflict Management Skills
 
Core Responsibilities:
• Compile reports, daily, monthly quarterly.
• Follow -up on any query reported on title deeds.
• Report to supervisor or manager responsible for title deeds.
• Conduct house to house title deed verification
• Profiling the beneficiaries of title deeds.
• Assist supervisors responsible for title deed distributions.
• Determine the whereabouts of beneficiaries whose title deeds are still with the City.
• Determine the root causes of each blockage which lead to title deeds backlog.

• Attend meetings of Human settlements department.
