Minimum Requirements:
· National Diploma in Human Resources Management / Development or equivalent relevant qualification (NQF6)
· Skills Development Facilitation Certificate
· Computer Literacy
· Drivers Licence
· 2 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
· Analyse, develop and implement skills requirements within the department
· Execute, monitor the implementation of personnel development plans of employees and report accordingly
· Prepare a system and circulate skills audit questionnaire to complete the current skills level developmental requirements and career aspirations
· Assess the effectiveness of the plan to meet objectives of the IDP against specific measures reflecting cost, time and quality content
· Ensure staff receives the necessary skills and development learning interventions to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
· Coordinate training interventions, liaise with service providers, compile and update statistical information on training completed, attendance levels and targets achieved
· Prepare reports outlining objectives and accomplished outcomes, verify payment of invoices of service provider
