Remuneration R 704,688.00 to R 966,720.00 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits)
Assignment Type Permanent
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts in Nursing (BCur) (NQF 7)
- Diploma with General Nursing Science, Midwifery, Psychiatry Nursing (optional) and Community Health Nursing
- Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science, Health Assessment, Diagnosis Treatment and Care
- Degree in Health Service Management
- Computer literacy
- Driver's license
- Dispensing course and license
- Registration with South African Nursing Council with certificate to practice
- 5 years' experience as a Community Health Nurse/Clinical Nurse Practitioner (Primary Health Care Nurse) in a Primary Health Care facility
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and manage implementation of primary health care programs in a health facility/mobile.
- Manage, plan, supervise and control operations and related activities for a primary health care facility including mobile clinic, adolescent youth unit and ward based primary health care ensuring effective primary health care service delivery to clients/patients.
- Plan, supervise and control the implementation of primary health care operations in accordance with good governance prescribed policies, guidelines and risk management strategies.
- Implement financial processes according to the Supply Chain Management Policy and Municipal Finance Management Act of 2003, Act 56 of 2003
- Ensure compassionate, effective, efficient, accessible, affordable customer related health care services to clients, patients and community.
- Ensure good team spirit and interpersonal relations with own personnel, national partners, care groups and other stakeholders in order to optimize the performance outputs and outcomes of the facility.
