ADMINISTRATION INTERN
LOCATION: KWAZULU-NATAL (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FOR 24 MONTHS)
There is an exciting internship opportunity for an Administration Intern within CHIETA. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the GRANTS, PROJECTS, AND REGIONS BUSINESS UNIT and other business units within the CHIETA. - Minimum National Certificate in Administration
- (NQF 6) Diploma in a related field would be advantageous
- Must be computer literate
Key Performance Areas
- Provide administrative support to the Grants and Projects units.
- Support Grants and Projects units during auditing by internal auditors and Auditor General.
- Conduct and maintain regular document control and administration sessions with internal staff.
- Improve documentation identification traceability and retrieve files as requested.
- Ensure that SQMR evidence is checked against DHET validation guideline.
- Prepare evidence required for the DHET SETA Quarterly Monitoring Report Validation as per the allocated sample.
- Preparing travel bookings for the unit.
- Schedule meetings with stakeholders for the unit.

OFFICE ATTENDANT (CLEANER)
LOCATION: KZN
There is an exciting opportunity for Office Attendant (cleaner) within CHIETA. The purpose of this position is to provide cleaning support to the KZN Regional Business Unit within the CHIETA. Candidates who meet the below requirements of the position are invited to apply:
Requirements:
- Minimum NQF level 4 (Matric)
- 2 years of office cleaning experience Key Performance Areas:
- Office cleaning and general office upkeep.
- Tea/coffee for stakeholders.
- Filing/photocopying.
- Temporary relief at reception.
