Minimum Requirements
What we’re looking for:
  • A minimum of 5 years' current buying experience, within the Health & Beauty category within retail/FMCG/wholesale environments (non-negotiable)
  • A relevant 3-year degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Marketing (advantageous)
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, promotions, and category performance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
  • Experience in systems such as SAP (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • A big-picture thinker with an eye for detail and sound administrative follow-through

Duties and Responsibilities
What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading national and regional supplier trade meetings and negotiations
  • Managing trading term agreements, cycle deals, and promotional grids
