Job description
Human Factors Investigation - Investigate and analyse human factor problems and aspects within the ATS and TS environments as well as during incident investigations:  Participate in incident investigations;  Analyse incident review reports to determine human behavioural causes and contributing factors;  Research and propose recommendations to address identified shortcomings;  Maintain a database of causal factors;  Identify aspects to be included in training and awareness programmes;  Support and monitor implementation of corrective actions related to human factors;  Translate findings into reference information and recommendations to guide Air Traffic Management and safety policies, processes, programmes and decisions. 
Management of Human Performance - Assess the current level of maturity with respect to human performance management through the application of the CANSO Standards of Excellence for Human Performance Management;  Establish a Human Performance system within ATNS that integrates with other relevant systems, functions, and practices, and permeates throughout the organisation:  Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the human performance system;  Identify programmes, processes and interventions by which to enhance Human Performance within ATNS;  Ensure integration of Human Factors/Human Performance with the safety system and safety processes;  Apply the CANSO requirements for Human Performance systems to gauge maturity level;  Engage and collaborate with internal, local and international stakeholders on the development of an integrated human performance approach for implementation within ATNS;  Prioritise critical parts of the system and manage resources appropriately to achieve success in high-risk areas;  Ensure capacitation of all managers on the application of Human Performance principles;  Improve safety performance as well as environmental, quality and business performance by identifying and addressing ‘performance influencing’ factors in the workplace such as the following:  Work factors- constant disturbances and interruptions;  missing or unclear instructions;  poorly maintained equipment;  noisy and unpleasant working conditions;  People factors - low skill and competence levels;  tired staff;  bored or disheartened staff;  individual medical problems;  Organisation factors -  poor work planning, leading to high work pressure;  lack of safety systems and barriers;  inadequate responses to previous incidents;  poor management of health and safety;  poor health and safety culture;  Set parameters and safety targets for monitoring across organisational spheres;  Ensure evidence is produced to showcase the success of an effective human performance system;  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set a corporate human performance research agenda;  Maintain, promote and continuously improve the effectiveness of the safety management system and related processes;  Provide specialist advice and assistance where required regarding the impact of human factors on safety issues;  Provide feedback to all ATNS stakeholders on safety related matters.  Provide inputs into the ATNS Safety roadmap, taking into account the ICAO SARPS, and other relevant statutory requirements;  Study and interpret ICAO plans, SARPS and guidance material in the context of ATNS’ objectives;  Continuously monitor safety trends and provide recommendations as required;  Provide inputs related to human factors and human performance into the development of the safety strategy and annual Corporate safety plans;  Establish ATNS as a thought leader in Human Factors-related interventions and the management of human performance.
Training and Awareness - Establish and maintain an awareness and understanding of the impact of human behaviours on safety management throughout the organization;  Inculcate a human performance focus within safety practices and lead the development and implementation of human factors awareness programmes and training for all ATNS personnel involved in safety management;  Derive relevant insights from safety data and organisational behaviour to inform effective mitigation and improve efficiency;  Translate the above-mentioned insights into opportunities for learning and setting best practice;  Support the converting of best practice into ATNS intellectual property with a view to commercialise where possible;  Lead the transformational communication to inform the organisation on the human performance journey.
Governance, Risk Management, Compliance & Reporting - Manage and implement a robust governance framework for the Human Factors/Human Performance (Standards, Fatigue, Just Culture);  Continuously monitor and measure compliance of the Section to ATNS policies,  processes, and relevant legislation and regulation;  Monitor and manage the section’s performance against agreed targets and objectives;  Identify and assess strategic and operational risks, and ensure the development of effective mitigation;  Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions, provide periodic reports and professional advice on safety performance and safety-related matters;  Ensure compliance with relevant policies, processes, legislation and regulation;  Consolidate input from all relevant stakeholders to prepare strategic level reports for the Head of Aviation Safety and relevant stakeholders;  Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
Stakeholder Relations Management -Represent ATNS at relevant human factors forums internationally;  Build, maintain and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with key  stakeholders;  Participate in industry and regulatory forums and workgroups on a local, national, and regional level;  Provide inputs and guidance to ICAO, CANSO, ATM/CNS Committee and other appropriate planning groups, sub-groups, working groups and task forces;  Identify and undertake research and development projects as required that will advance the corporate safety objectives of ATNS;  Build and maintain sound relationships with all relevant business functions and teams within ATNS to enable alignment and collaboration.
Financial Management - Manage expenditure in line with business objectives and priorities, and within approved financial parameters;  Provide inputs into the Section’s budget and ensure adequate utilisation, and management of the budget.  Ensure effective leadership in the management of operational costs to enable efficient utilisation of financial resources;  Ensure compliance to the financial policies and procedures applicable in ATNS;  Ensure accountability and reporting on all costs incurred against the approved budget.
People Management - Manage staff in accordance with HC policies and processes;  Ensure that new employees have been properly on-boarded prior to commencing work;  Monitor the time and attendance of subordinates, take appropriate action in the case of absenteeism and report to management and Human Capital;  Keep abreast of international leaders and captains of industry regarding safety management and systems thinking;  Provide technical leadership to the team;  Promote the desired ATNS culture within the area of responsibility;  Ensure the availability of skilled and competent Human Factors;  Specialists to meet the current and future needs aligned to the:  operating model and overall business strategies;  Ensure high levels of discipline and performance standards to achieve strategic and operational safety objectives;  Lead and manage the team to utilise their skills and expertise to support an integrated approach to managing the Section;  Manage the performance of the Human Factors Specialists by using the performance management system and taking corrective action promptly and effectively;  Train, mentor and coach staff as required to ensure continuous development and availability of the required skill and talent;  Coach and mentor employees to ensure ongoing development of the required skill sets to enable sustainability within the Section from a succession management perspective;  Perform talent reviews in accordance with the HC Talent Management process;  Drive employee engagement and retention within the function.
 
Minimum requirements
 Minimum Formal Qualifications:
  • B-degree in Psychology or Human Performance or Safety Management or other relevant
  • Master’s degree covering the sciences of Safety Management or Human Performance or Psychology will be an advantage
Minimum Years of Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in research as well as training and facilitation of which at least 2 years are at a management level
  • Experience in evaluating incidents/accidents from a human factor perspective

Job description
Major Activities
Align daily operations with Regional Operations goals and objectives, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination across the entire Air Traffic Services Unit. Facilitate the execution of the Air Traffic Service Unit's business plan in order to support achievement of Regional Operations business targets and objectives. Collaborate with the Head of Operations in strategic and operational planning, providing insights from the ATSU Manager's perspective. Manage the ongoing provision of Air Traffic Services ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and legislation to support the achievement of Regional Operations targets and objectives. Manage and oversee the utilisation and control of the aeronautical communications, navigation and surveillance (CNS) system and infrastructure to ensure safe and orderly air traffic flow in the designated airspace. Monitor the CNS system and infrastructure on a continuous basis to ensure that it is in good working order and effectively maintained. Ensure that the Air Traffic Services Unit (ATSU) provides safe, orderly, and efficient Air Traffic Services (ATS) in accordance with ICAO standards and Recommended Practices, which will meet and satisfy all reasonable requirements of the aviation community in accordance with relevant ATS policies and processes. Lead the development, implementation and management of the Air Traffic Services Unit business plan and ensure that governance and service management requirements, as well as the service catalogue and service level agreements are met. Manage the implementation of the aviation safety management strategy and processes. Support the delivery of the required projects/initiatives within the Air Traffic Service Unit to be on time, within budget and to the required standard. Continuously monitor the performance of all operational activities within the Air Traffic Services Unit, using real-time data and feedback to assess and ensure consistent adherence to required standards and regulations. Identify potential areas of synergy between different units, encouraging cross-unit collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance overall Centre performance. Regularly review operational protocols and procedures, updating them as necessary to reflect best practice and the latest regulatory guidelines.   Ensure the effective integration and utilisation of all resources to meet the service delivery capabilities required, aligning with customer expectations and operational demands. Enforce strict adherence to South African Civil Aviation Regulations, Technical Standards, and the International Civil Aviation Organisation’s Standards and Recommended Practices.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Investigate reports of non-compliance with regulations and procedures, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for corrective actions to relevant parties. Participate in rating and validation examinations, highlighting any discrepancies, and ensuring the adherence to standard procedures. Continuously monitor and identify any trends or indicators of potential deterioration in safety or service levels, implementing proactive plans to maintain high standards.
Operations Management and Training: Supervise air traffic services continually, assisting with oversight in various areas of the ATSU. Lead and oversee operational training within the ATSU, recommending staff for Designated Examiner certification and ensuring high standards of proficiency and knowledge. Develop, maintain, and review the air traffic service’s Station Standing Instructions, policies, procedures, service level agreements, and procedural documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with current regulations.
Multidisciplinary Briefings: Conduct regular, detailed briefings with representatives from all operational units, ensuring everyone is informed about current operational statuses, imminent changes, or notable events. Use these briefings to reinforce a culture of transparency and open communication, where challenges, successes, and strategies are shared and discussed collaboratively. Ensure that critical information, such as changes in regulations, technological updates, or lessons learned from incident reviews, is disseminated promptly and clearly to all relevant parties.
Coordination with CAMU and Aeronautical Information Management: Where applicable, establish a strong, collaborative relationship with the CAMU’s Air Traffic Flow Specialist, working together to develop and implement strategies for efficient air traffic flow. Provide the CAMU with accurate, timely data and feedback, enabling them to make well-informed decisions that contribute to smooth, efficient air traffic flow management. Stay informed of broader airspace management trends and developments, ensuring the unit's practices are aligned with national and international standards. Manage and implement Aeronautical Information Management systems, enhancing the support level and efficiency of Air Traffic Service delivery. Actively engage in the review of legislation impacting Air Traffic Services, providing informed inputs and advocating for operational needs and safety considerations.
Client Experience and Continuous Improvement: Ensure communications with all parties maintain the highest standards of clarity, empathy, and timeliness, fostering positive experiences and trust. Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures, focusing on innovation, research, and the commercial viability of new initiatives.
Emergency Response and Incident Management: Develop, maintain, and regularly test comprehensive emergency response plans, ensuring all staff are trained and prepared to execute their roles effectively under crisis conditions. Lead the response to emergencies or major operational disruptions, coordinating efforts across all relevant units and maintaining clear, authoritative communication throughout the incident. Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify causes, assess the effectiveness of the response, and develop strategies for improvement. Support and oversee investigations into air traffic incidents, recommending and implementing appropriate actions, and ensuring lessons are learned and integrated into future operations. Appropriate feedback to be liaised with the Head Operations. Ensure that aviation safety recommendations, measures and value-added initiatives are consistently delivered, monitored, and enhanced.
Operational Proficiency and Examination Preparations: Prepare and issue unit orders and local knowledge questionnaires for rating and validation examinations, ensuring comprehensive knowledge assessments. Maintain operational proficiency of personnel by standing watch in various operating positions, setting a standard of continuous personnel development. Support the Head of Operations with the implementation of the approved governance framework for the ATS Unit. Ensure real-time compliance by continuously monitoring and measuring compliance of air traffic services at the ATS Unit in order to meet all ATNS policies, processes and relevant legislation and regulation. Identify and assess operational risks and implement mitigation plans and actions to ensure effective risk and issue management. Consolidate input from all relevant parties to prepare management reports for the Head of Operations and other relevant stakeholders. Prepare ad hoc reports as required. Develop, manage and maintain sound relationships with all relevant stakeholders through ongoing communication and engagement. Participate in industry and regulatory forums and workgroups on a local, regional, and national level as required. Build and maintain sound working relationships with all relevant business functions and teams within ATNS to enable collaboration and alignment required for optimal Air Traffic Management, including CAMU, ARCC, AMC (where applicable), relevant Airport Authority, FRS, and others. Manage delegated expenditure in line with business priorities and objectives, and within approved financial parameters. Participate in the development, utilisation, and management of the Air Traffic Service Unit’s budget. Provide inputs into the budget and ensure effective management of operational costs to enable optimal utilisation of financial resources. Report all costs incurred against the approved budget as well as any possible deviations thereto. Ensure compliance to the relevant Finance policies and processes of ATNS. In conjunction with ATS Capacity Planning, ensure the availability of skilled and competent staff the Air Traffic Services Unit to meet current and future business needs. Develop and implement staffing strategies that are responsive to fluctuating traffic patterns and other variable operational demands, ensuring optimal workforce allocation at all times. Manage employees in accordance with HC policies and processes. Ensure that new employees have been properly on-boarded prior to commencing work. Monitor the time and attendance of subordinates, take appropriate action in the case of absenteeism, and report absenteeism issues to management and Human Capital. Ensure high levels of discipline and performance to achieve service delivery objectives. Coordinate and ensure resourcing deliverables in line with the Service Level Agreements. Manage performance outputs of the team by using the performance management system and taking corrective action promptly and effectively. Train, mentor and coach staff as required to ensure continuous development and availability of the required skills and talent. Ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to enable sustainability within team/pool from a succession management perspective. Conduct talent reviews in line with the HC Talent Management process. Drive employee engagement and retention within the Air Traffic Services Unit.

Management of Ethics: •  Implement a well-defined Code of Ethics, outlining expected behaviours and responsibilities, and ensuring alignment with the values and corporate objectives of ATNS; Review company policies to ensure integration with the ethics code of conduct; Formulate and implement appropriate policies, processes and practices to guide ethics and integrity management within the organization; Identify and undertake ethics management related projects to create awareness and understanding of the importance of ethics and integrity; Participate in the development of clear and practical policies covering key ethical areas (e.g., conflicts of interest, anti-bribery); Conduct interactive training on ethical decision making, compliance, and the code of ethics; Implement and administer a confidential process such as the Whistleblower program for the reporting of misconduct by employees; Provide accessible platforms for employees to ask questions and raise concerns; Create a safe space for employees to raise concerns without fear of victimization; Regularly gather feedback to assess employee awareness of ethical conduct in the workplace.
Ethical Standards, Policies, Governance and Compliance:  Ensure that ethical standards governing employee behaviour are upheld within ATNS, and that relevant policies are in place and up to date; Provide ethically sound pragmatic, and independent advice and recommendations with regards to ethics issues; Contribute to the development and maintenance of confidential processes for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations; Contribute to the development and dissemination of corporate ethics statements, policies, processes, and supporting documents/acknowledgements; Review other policies to ensure consistency and integration with the company's ethics code and philosophy; Contribute to the development and implementation of processes for effective management of the  confidential hearing of employee issues related to ethics; Develop and manage the organisational Ethics Program, and escalate ethics related matters to the Ethics Manager for possible reporting to the Social and Ethics Committee when required; Identify ethics risks and develop and implement effective mitigation; Advise the company secretary on the company’s approach to managing ethics within the business and particularly in relation to the Board of Directors; Advise and work with various departments in the organisation to identify and develop appropriate and effective governance structures for effective decision making within ATNS.
 Audits and Investigations: Promptly conduct investigations pursuant to complaints and allegations of ethical wrongdoing or conflicts of interest and maintain records thereof; Monitor and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address and resolve issues; Prepare written investigative reports as necessary; Recommend corrective action and monitor the implementation thereof; Oversee annual corporate governance audits conducted by Internal Audit to determine the state of the corporation and present findings to the Ethics Manager and Chief Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer; Provide the required supporting documents to enable effective auditing processes
Governance, Risk Management and Reporting: Monitor and ensure compliance with the ATNS regulatory framework and relevant legislation in the management of ethics; Assist in conducting risk assessment and in the development of effective mitigation and ongoing management of identified risks; Develop training materials and conduct training of relevant employees on Ethics Management policies, processes and the Code of Conduct, as well as training on the handling of conflict-of-interest; Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilities, and related legal benchmarks from state law; Manage timely compilation and submission of all the required reports (internal and external) to all statutory bodies to ensure compliance; Conducting ethical decision-making, conflict of interest-avoidance training, anti-corruption, anti-bribery workshops/ training for senior management on ethics issues and avoiding conflicts of interest; Educate the business units on corporate governance and ethics related issues and raise awareness across the organization; Assess the levels of awareness and perceived effectiveness of ethics management interventions within ATNS and make recommendations; Prepare reports on ethics-related activities, including compliance monitoring, investigations, and training initiatives; Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the ethics program, and ensure safekeeping of confidential documents.

Minimum requirements
Formal Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or equivalent.
  •  Ethics Officer Certification Programme or equivalent certification (Preferred).
 Experience:
  •  A minimum of 3 years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, Investigations, or other related fields is required. 
  •  Prior experience in an Ethics function or delivery of ethics training is highly desirable.

Strategy and Implementation - Establish and manage a strategic research and innovation agenda and framework within SRD&I aligned to business strategy which enables RD&I to seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in every area. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Research, Development & Innovation function to enable the successful achievement of required business objectives and deliverables. Provide input into the ATNS strategy based on research findings. Develop, implement and articulate the RD&I strategy and value proposition to the organization. Drive delivery of the required RD&I research and innovation project portfolio and initiatives within the agreed time, budget and standard/quality requirements. Operationalization of RD&I - Conduct or commission strategic market, industry and technology research. Manage and administer the end-to-end innovation management process from idea management to business case review. Provide RD&I thought leadership to the organization aligned to the vision and overall business strategies, and provide recommendations and advice on the research, development and innovation agenda. Develop and implement the RD&I operating model based on end-user requirements, benchmarking and strategic objectives. Conduct research and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improving efficiency across the function. Benchmark service delivery of RD&I against global best practices. Provide specialist advice with regards to RD&I issues in the organization. Maintain, promote and continuously improve RD&I efficiency and related processes. 
Governance, Risk, Compliance & Reporting - Manage and implement a robust governance framework for the RD&I function. Continuously monitor and measure compliance with all ATNS policies and procedures and relevant legislation. Manage the function’s performance against strategy and set targets and corporate objectives. Lead overall risk assessment of RD&I projects and issue management and develop and implement effective mitigation plans and actions. Develop product level risk analyses as appropriate. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policy and standards. Consolidate input from all relevant parties to prepare strategic level reports for the Chief SRD&I and other relevant stakeholders. Prepare formal and ad hoc reports as required
Stakeholder Relations Management - Build, maintain and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with relevant stakeholders. Develop, manage and maintain sound relationships with key stakeholders. Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with all relevant business functions and teams within ATNS to enable alignment and optimal service delivery
Financial Management - Manage expenditure in line with business priorities and objectives, and within approved financial parameters. Develop and manage the RD&I budget in line with strategic business objectives and the ATNS mandate. Ensure compliance to company financial policies and procedures. Report on all costs incurred against the approved budget as well as any possible deviations thereto
People Management - Manage staff in accordance with HC policies, processes and practices. Ensure that new employees have been properly on-boarded prior to commencing work. Monitor the time and attendance of subordinates, take appropriate action in the case of absenteeism, and report issues to management and Human Capital. Ensure the availability of skilled and competent staff in the strategy function to meet the current and future needs aligned to the departmental and overall business strategies. Ensure that staff is managed in accordance with HC policies, processes and practices. Promote high levels of discipline and performance standards to achieve the ATNS strategies.

Job description
Strategy Implementation - Provides overall leadership and management to the Culture, Change & Transformation function to enable achievement of the SRD&I and ATNS business strategies. Develop, implement and articulate the Culture, Change & Transformation strategy and value proposition to the organization aligned to the SRD&I and business strategies. Lead conceptualization, designing and implementation of the Culture, Change & Transformation operating model aligned to the business needs, ATNS’ vision, and business strategy. Manage and own implementation of the functional strategy and operational model post formulation to ensure achievement of the objectives. Drive delivery of the required projects/initiatives within the Culture, Change & transformation strategy to be on time, within budget and to the required standard. Lend and provide support to the efforts towards integration of Culture, Change & Transformation strategies with overall ATNS strategy. Set clear targets for the function and ensure the achievement of such targets by cascading the targets throughout the function. Implement processes to collect feedback on how aspects as per Culture, Change & Transformation strategy are being received in the business. Provide the Culture, Change & Transformation input into the long-term ATNS strategy. Building Organizational Commitment & Cascading Sponsorship - Foster all levels of the organization to commit to achieving ATNS’ transformation. Articulating levels of commitment needed, assessing commitment, and planning the actions necessary to drive higher levels of commitment from key individuals and groups of ATNS constituents. Understand the structural integrity of ATNS sponsorship cascades and relationships within them including processes for extending the reach of sponsorship from the initiating sponsor to all levels of ATNS change targets. Planning and execution of activities that will ensure a strong sponsorship network remains in place throughout ATNS transformation. Work directly with ATNS sponsors at multiple levels to help strengthen their individual sponsorship skills.
Assessing & Architecting Culture, Adaptation Capacity - Articulate the desired mindsets and behaviours that must be in place for ATNS’ transformation to be fully realized. Assess ATNS’ current culture versus the desired culture to ascertain the overall degree of consistency and to identify specific gaps that need to be addressed. Work closely with ATNS leadership to declare the degree of culture shift necessary to achieve realization and to be sure that need is clearly stated in the overall ATNS strategic intent. Develop and execute a plan that will drive sponsors and targets to understand, embrace, and institutionalize the desired mindsets and behaviours. Periodically assess ATNS’ adaptation capacity and change load. This includes the ability to understand constituencies that will be affected by specific changes; to understand the nature, degree, and timing of that impact; and to share that perspective with those ATNS constituencies in a timely manner so that capacity risk can be mitigated. Provide a portfolio view of changes and impacts for key ATNS constituencies to create a complete view of the change load for potentially overloaded groups of ATNS change targets. As necessary, options for mitigating overload should be presented to sponsors; these options may include delaying some changes, taking things off individual plates, and preparing group of targets for changes in order to provide a sense of indirect control.
Managing Business Transformation - Understand current state and required steps to transition users in the business to new tools and processes. Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes. Work with other relevant departments to help drive alignment and standardization of requirements and processes where possible. Coordinate the daily activities of the team to meet performance targets. Develop business cases for each project and presenting it to senior leadership for approval. Monitor the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Developing a detailed plan for implementing the new system or process based on the needs identified in the business case. Coordinate with IT teams to design and develop new systems or processes Conduct training sessions for employees on new procedures or programs to ensure that they are able to use them effectively. Determining how to allocate resources within the organization to meet project goals and deadlines. Analyze data to determine where improvements can be made to increase efficiency or effectiveness of processes. Establishing communication plans to notify clients, partners, and other stakeholders about changes in processes or procedures.
Stakeholder Management - Identify key Pact stakeholders (individuals and groups) who will play a key role in ATNS’ commitment to the transformation. Plan and execute actions and interventions that drive greater levels of commitment. Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with all relevant business functions and teams within ATNS to enable the required alignment and optimal operational delivery of all enterprise projects Develop overall communications strategies and plans to support ATNS’ commitment to its intended future state. This includes a multi-channel portfolio of communications that are delivered over an extended period of time. Draft and deliver individual, compelling, consistent communications “events” called for in the communications plan. Adapt operational delivery as practically as possible to meet client needs and expectations.
Financial and Costs Management - Lead development, utilization and management of the Culture, Change & Transformation budget. Ensure effective leadership in the management of operational costs to enable efficient utilization of financial resources. Ensure compliance to the financial policies and procedures applicable in ATNS. Ensure accountability and reporting on all costs incurred against the approved budget.
Governance, Monitoring, Compliance & Reporting - Lead the planning, reporting and governance of ATNS’ Culture, Change & Transformation Custodian of ATNS’ Culture, Change & Transformation Governance Framework, ensuring continuous maturity in project governance, portfolio management and execution. Collaborate across ATNS to plan, monitor and report the performance of the portfolio of programs and projects, identifying opportunities to optimize portfolio outcomes.
People Management - Ensure the availability of skilled and competent staff in the Culture, Change & Transformation function to meet the current and future needs aligned to the departmental and overall business strategies. Promote high levels of discipline and performance standards to achieve the ATNS strategies. Lead and manage the Culture, Change & Transformation team to utilize their skills and expertise to support an integrated approach to research and innovation in the company.
