SENIOR RESEARCH TECHNICIAN: SORGHUM
Salary (R381 841– R572 759 All-inclusive remuneration p.a)
Key Performance Areas:
Together with Project Manager, co-ordinates and contributes towards project, by compiling and executing technical project activities plans for field trials,
Identifies the need for human resources in project(s) (where applicable with the Chief Technician and/or Project Manager) and manages the allocated resources,

PhD in plant pathology - preferable epidemiology/ fungal molecular biology and genetics / plant biochemistry or alternatively MSc plus 5 years minimum work experience with extensive publications,
Experience in epidemiology, molecular biology and plant biochemistry in grain crops,
