Key Performance Areas:

Processing and facilitating of creditor’s payments, in an effective and efficient manner to ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date and those creditors are paid within legislated time period.
Facilitates inputs into the sub-section’s Strategic plan.
Facilitate the implementation of specific procedures, systems and controls and system applications.
Administration of task/activities associated with processing and compilation of creditors and payments accounts.
Facilitate contributions in preparing capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations.
Facilities and controls the Key Performance Indicator’s and outcomes of personnel within the Sub Section.
Facilitate Stakeholder and Communication Process.
Facilitate the administrative and reporting requirements of the functionality Creditors and Payments Accounting Administrative Activities.
Facilitate efficient and effective Creditors and Payments Accounting Administrative Activities audit processes.
