OMBUD FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDERS (FAIS OMBUD)
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR Pretoria, South Africa The Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud) was established by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (FAIS Act). Its objective is to consider and dispose of complaints in a procedurally fair, informal, economical, and expeditious manner and by reference to what is equitable in all circumstances. The FAIS Ombud offices are located in the east of Pretoria in Gauteng. The FAIS Ombud seeks to appoint a Supply Chain Management Administrator to provide full administrative support to the Supply Chain Department team and to co-ordinate the end-to-end supply chain processes for the FAIS Ombud. Other Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good Interpersonal skills; excellent administrative skills – be able to work with a high level of accuracy; be able to work under pressure. Must be able to work as part of a team; must be able to work reliably and responsibly with internal and external stakeholders.
